Shopping for apparel online is common nowadays and we are fans of it too. Hence, we totally understand how you feel when something doesn't go your way. The worries of receiving manufacturing defects or that the product does not fit your well? Rest assured that we have got your back.  Simply follow the instructions below to ensure a safe return or refund of your order. 

Here is a check-list before you proceed further: 

  1. Please request for a refund if you failed to receive your order within 30 days from the date of shipping for in-stock items. 
  2. You are eligible to request for a refund and return the item(s) within 30 days of arrival. 
  3. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, in the original condition of purchase which includes the hangtag intact and a protection bag. 
  4. Last stock items and warehouse sale items are not eligible for refund and exchange. 
  5. Received products may be of the wrong size, colour, design, or have manufacturing defects, we’ll do our best to serve with a replacement or a full refund including the shipping cost. 

Good to know 

  1. All products that are returned for exchange or refund will be processed in a timely manner ― Allow a minimum of 7-14 working days from the day the returned item(s) is received by us. Stock availability may affect this process (where applicable).
  2. Buyers bear the shipping cost of return and exchange. 
  3. Only one return and exchange is allowed per order.
  4. Refund/replacement request will not be eligible if events below take place: 
    4.1 Item(s) is/are damaged, washed, and/or contaminated item(s) due to improper care, accidents, fire, or natural disasters.
    4.2 Item(s) with excessive wear and tear and/or missing/defaced tag.
    4.3 Item(s) returned for reasons other than product performance and/or satisfaction.
    4.4 Item(s) not received by us due to a missing package by the mail service provider or courier.
    4.5 Item(s) that is not the same as what was described to us on the requested email for return/refund. *Kindly check the design, color and/or size before returning the item. 


The Easy Process 

Instructions on request for a return and/or refund:

  1. Contact us at about the product that you wish to return and/or want a refund on. Please include the following in your email:
    1. Order number
    2. Reason for returning
    3. Images of the item(s)
  2. Pack the item(s) in a well-protected manner and mail it back to us. Provide us a tracking number, if you are using a mail provider/courier who offers to track of packages. This is highly recommended by us to ensure that your returned item(s) gets to us safely. Complimentary gifts and packaging boxes are not necessary.

Once we’ve received your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome of your request. Refunds will be made through:
