Data Deletion Instructions

At ARJDBB, we respect your right to privacy. To request deletion of your data related to our app’s integration with Facebook, follow these steps:

A. Remove Our App from Your Facebook Account

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).

  3. Find ARJDBB Shopify and click Remove.

  4. Confirm removal to disconnect our app.

B. Request Deletion of Stored Personal Data

We don’t automatically purge everything upon app removal. To have any remaining personal data deleted from our system:

  • Email us at info@arjdbb.com with subject line: “Request to Delete My Data”.

  • Include your email or user identifier from ARJDBB so we can locate your info.

  • We’ll process the deletion manually and confirm once complete.

C. What to Expect

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your data has been successfully deleted.

  • Processing time may take up to 5 business days.

  • If instant deletion is technically not possible, we’ll inform you of the timeline or any limitations.
